INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING

First of all, we’re glad you’ve chosen to book a tour with us. Welcome. We are committed to making your journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible. For your DPRK visa application to be approved, it is important that you thoroughly check all details in your application. Make sure your name is exactly as it appears in your passport. Incorrect details in this section may slow down the DPRK visa application process, or even result in a rejection.

CHANGES IN YOUR INFORMATION

Please note that we submit visa applications right after tour application deadline, generally a month before tours are scheduled to start. If any of your details change after completing application, please contact us immediately.

DEPOSIT

After completing and submitting this form, the tour deposit is required to reserve your spot. (the remainder of the tour fee to be paid 30 days prior to tour commencement date).

PAYMENT

Payment details will be emailed to applicants shortly after application. We will also email applicants a Terms and Conditions Agreement, outlining the terms and conditions for travelling on a tour with us. We require that this be read, signed to indicate that the traveller accepts our terms and conditions, and returned to us to this email: info@tongiltours. Once both deposit and signed Terms and Conditions Agreement are received we will send another email confirming your reservation with payment receipt attached.
